Hello! My name is Jaime and I am a Junior majoring in Human Health and Performance. After my bachelor’s, I plan on moving on to the Transition to Teaching Graduate program an FHSU. I enrolled in this course as part of my major’s requirements and expect to learn more than I bargained for. I currently work full-time for Sedgwick County EMS as a Paramedic with the rank of Captain. When I am not at work or studying I am the proud mother to three awesome children. My boys are 9 and 7 years old and my daughter is 5. My gym time and running time are my relaxation moments and otherwise, I am always on the go. Heres to a great semester everyone!
Hi Jaime, you have a beautiful family. You sound like such an active person! That’s so awesome that you make time for exercise and get enjoyment out of it. Usually I only run when I have to, and when I run I wish I was dead, LOL! I would never survive a zombie attack! Good luck this semester.
Hello Jaime! You have a full schedule with school, family, and work. What an inspiration! I thought I had a full schedule. I have to ensure my priorities are in check to fit exercise in with my family, job, and school. Good luck with this semester.

My husband and I both go to the same box and we joke that it’s our “date night” more often than not for the week when we workout at the same time. #busyfamilylife
Hi Jaime. Your situation sounds a lot like mine. I always remember to take care of myself first, because I am a better parent when I do. I also love running and have 3 kids. You are in a busy stage of life right now, but the hard work is worth the outcome. Good luck this semester!

Hey Jaime, major respect for you getting your college degree while raising a family! Not only that, but the fact that you’re working full time is all the more impressive. Looks like an awesome family in that photo on your map. Also, nice job on that KT1 assignment.
