At this phase of the semester, I believe most of us are wrapping up our projects. However, the piece from my reflection paper that I feel was the most beneficial for me was the collaborative efforts of my team to help for problem solving and overcoming the obstacles that we experienced early in the implementation phase. My faculty content specialist had much experience in this particular population and gave excellent feedback during our project kickoff meeting. His suggestions were implemented and positively impacted the success of the project’s communication with the participants. The barriers this project experienced were few and simple and easily overcome. All in all, I felt as though this project was successful and I look forward to getting the results of the data analysis.
Collaboration is so important for the sucess of a project from content specialist, staff faculty and others. Without collaboration a project is definitely going to have setbacks. It appears that your project was very successful, and that collabortion with your content specialist increased that success. You were able to increase the success through collaboration . You are an amazing person Vicki. You have overcome some very big hurdles and made it look easy. I truly think your project was successful. Your passion and energy is what kept it going.
