State It: Understanding ourselves and others through personality surveys and acknowledging how that can assist us in Healthcare Administration.
Elaborate: By understand how we best function, we can utilize our strengths to better communicate. We can also utilize understanding our weaknesses to know where we may fall short in understanding or reacting. With others, especially employees underneath us, we are able to understand their strengths and where they need more support.
Exemplify: In my assignment, I asked my husband to take the personality test. Although we already knew we were both emotionally different, it was nice to see that it was “normal”! I am extremely empathetic and emotional while he can be what seems like to some as harsh or not very sensitive. He is a straight-forward, see it as it is kind of guy and to help us understand that about each other, allows us to better our relationship. When this comes to employees or colleagues, this will allow individuals to know how to engage with one another.

Loved this remark: It is sporadic and creative. I am usually a person who likes concrete directions and want to know what is expected of me in a class. However, this class represents more of the real world workforce (at least in my field) and is ever-changing and adapting to real-life situations. I initially disliked the “unorganized” approach until I learned to flow with it. I am telling everyone about my class now.
I thought that your feedback was great, and a point of view I appreciated looking at the class from. I also thought your personality section was interesting to read about. That was my favorite part of the assignment.
I love how you used the personality test to be introspective. I believe that is some of the intent of the assignment. Your plectica is so well put together.
