When, Where, and How Will Hybrid Students Meet?

For those in the hybrid class, our Tuesday in-person meeting location will depend upon the pandemic’s spread. I think it’s best if we only meet at Hammond Hall when our risk levels in Ellis County are Green or Yellow at globalepidemics.org.

Whether or not we can meet safely in-person, we will use Zoom. That will allow anyone to join us in real-time if they are free at the time. Or, anyone can watch our meetings afterward to see what we discussed and catch in-class Q&A. The recorded Zoom meetings will be posted here to the blog.

Our Meeting ID will be: 969 9049 3364

If you do not already have Zoom installed on your computer, you can follow the meeting link to download that software and attend the meeting: https://fhsu.zoom.us/j/96990493364

Our class meetings are every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10:15 am CDT. We’ll try to meet most Tuesdays in Hammond Hall, room 108. We will usually meet in our Zoom room on Thursdays. Every student is welcome to join us in-person, in real-time via Zoom, or just watch the discussion after the fact.

I assume virtual students may never check these classroom meetings out. Hybrid students should email me if they will not join us in-person or in real-time. We have a small class, so each student will be a large part of the discussion.
