Through these four departments, the company serves 1 in 3 households in the U.S. and has $1.9 trillion in assets. It is the leading middle market banking provider in the U.S. It is intent on giving back to the communities by focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion, empowering people through financial self-sufficiency and helping with the transition to a low-carbon economy.
My Interest:
I would like to work for this company because they are one of the leading companies in finances. To be a leading anything in any department requires a lot of work, a lot of insight, and a lot of risk taking. I would be privileged to be a part of this company. Doing this assignment and finding the information that I have found, has only made me want to work for them even more.

It is also one of sixty-two members of the Association of American Universities (AAU). Why I am Interested:
KU is a prestigious school and the pride of Kansas. I believe in education as a way of improving oneself mentally and financially. Not only do you learn what you need for a degree, but you learn how to work with people, how to budget your money, how to make plans or goals and achieve them. KU offers so many programs so everyone can find their calling and offers monetary aid to their students.. I would be really privileged to be a part of this in any way I can. With my degree in IT, I believe that I will be instrumental in facilitating a more seamless and interesting experience for online users.

Why I am Interested:
I find this company interesting because it is started by people of color. It is a small and unknown company, but it is an international company. I also like the concept of making technology usable by anyone without needing to have a technological background.

Why I am Interested:
In finding out about this company, I learnt that they had a YouTube channel with videos where people can learn about 3CAD, SOLIDWORKS and the likes. I get excited when companies give back to society by equipping people with knowledge. I really admire that and would like to be a prat of that.

I actually have a friend who started with Wells Fargo’s Nashville branch and works somewhere in Consumer Banking and Lending. Sounds like a pretty nice job to land from the little bit he’s told me. I know he’s definitely happy with it, but as you mentioned before it is a pretty demanding job. He had a training period for his position that he briefly talked about, but I can’t recall exactly how long it was.
