Why am I interested?
I found the whole concept of this company fascinating. They are headquartered in Kansa City and I found it interesting that they have around 500 team members around the world. Seemed very little in comparison with the work they are doing. With reading and finding out three are only 500 team members worldwide, around how many employees are in the headquarters?
Is the work more virtual-based?
How exactly is the work divided and distributed among the employees?
I feel like a small company is a nice place to start. One question I would make sure to ask before considering a small company is what opportunities there are for moving up in the company. Some companies might be too small to have that next step up if you want to enhance your career.
