Hi everybody, I am Hayden Albright. Over the last couple of years, I have developed an interest in affiliate marketing, it seemed like an easy way to make money but it turned out to be more complicated. In the past marketing centered around magazine, newspaper, and television advertisements. Now, most of us are aware that our social media and our online presence is saturated with online advertisements. Sometimes this seems like it would only annoy people, but it must be effective or it wouldn’t continue.

In this class, I would like to research affiliate marketing. I have developed an interest in this area and attempted to learn how to market products through online advertising. I have a lot more to learn in this area and I think this research opportunity will apply to my interest. I want to learn more about products people are most attracted to and what types of advertising catch their attention as well as what platforms work the best for advertising.
