In this presentation, I talk about questions 88-90 which focus on the outlets you can share your action research as well as what organizations can give you support in your field.

  1. Hey Nick, I found your presentation very useful. Sometimes it seems like the easy part of research, is actually doing the research. Then you get done and you’re asking yourself, “well now what?” So in that case I feel like you addressed and answered these questions very well.

  2. Nick,

I have said over and over that this research has helped me because I am focusing on something that affects myself and have shared the data with my peers. Knowing other outlets to share the research with is important. I agree with the social media posts! Always take posts with a grain of salt and check into them before you believe it, 100%!

Your presentation was spot on for the topics and you covered them well.

  3. Nick, very well put together and thorough presentation. One thing I have learned throughout this semester is that research is plentiful, and finding validated research is an important key to becoming informed about a topic. Have seen and searched to journals, and knowing that there are organizations pursuing research and new data is an encouraging thought when facing the need for new discoveries and analysis of data.

  4. Your presentation was thorough and easy to understand. Most people today get their news from social media. With the use of satire and of course people not doing the work to “fact check,” misinformation gets spread easy. There was lots of information to cover and you did a good job!

  5. I agree that social media needs to be taken with a grain of salt. I think it can be a great way to connect with other researchers and people in your industry, but I don’t think I would post actual research on socials.

  6. Nick, thank you for the in depth review. I was poking around on YouTube and happened to stumble upon a video I though was directly related to topic 90 that you covered here. This gentleman says regarding sharing research on Social Media that you should try to find something that is visually engaging, and then also share early and share often.
