As Lance said above, I agree with asking about Amazon’s changes for base pay. Especially if working remotely, like here in Hays, Kansas, if they offered that amount or if they have to live in certain locations to get that base pay? They have some pretty great benefits but trying to understand the logic of that pay change would be really interesting to know.
Another item I would recommend is to cite your information for your employer options under the company information. Include the citations at the end of your text for references. Citing the information helps avoid any plagiarism in your post. For example: Amazon’s services are general knowledge, but specifics on dates, I would not have known that information without looking it up.
