For my sources I chose Computer Source and Applied Science & Technology. I’m focusing on what types of cryptography are going to be used in the future, but would also like to include information on implementations of this cryptography. I included information about FPGAs, since those would allow for very fast hardware implementations of these algorithms.

Hi Benjamin!
It looks like including post-quantum in your searches, really narrows down the results to what is hopefully all results that are helpful to your research. For my searches, I found that I had the best luck narrowing down the results to useful information when I had three different keywords in the search, like machine learning AND EHR AND advantages. I am really excited to see more of your research, your topic is one I have no familiarity with and dam excited to learn more about it.
