My knowledge paper is about revising the newly drafted law on juvenile delinquency in China, which leads to some experts’ discussion on the causes of juvenile delinquency and whether the age at which juveniles bear criminal responsibility should be lowered. Besides, I have given several typical examples of juvenile delinquency.
