Overall, I feel thankful for the course. Was definitely not expecting to learn what I did. My future hope is that the concepts I learned over the course of the semester will make me a better hospital administrator. In my current job I could see how it could be helpful but that’s just scratching the surface.

  1. Donnie,
Thank you for your open, honest feedback. I think you will be surprised in what you take away from this class when you are in an administrative role. The NFCC survey opened my eyes that just because the person may be qualified for a position, they may not have the right personality for the position. So much clicked with me about that. It is something that I am incorporating to my interview process.

  2. Thanks! That’s what I’m hoping for. What positions do you interview for? And, how do you read a personality since it’s probably a no no to ask or have them fill out one beforehand?
