The purpose of this assignment was to deconstruct the argument “You Can’t Lose Weight with Exercise Alone”.   The question to answer here was simply:  What is the supporting evidence to support this claim?  To answer this question, I was required to read the article and find qualified supporting information.  The situation is whether or not the information actually supports the claim.  The complication is knowing how to determine if the information is supportive of this claim.
