This assignment was to find out the importance of measuring body fat and to determine the three different ways to measure it. We also had to explain how to conduct a skin fold test on a male and female since both have different testing sites. The main question why we need to measure body fat and be able to conduct them ourselves. With the given information and data provided, I had to do some research and even find other articles to create my map.
