• Using the resources provided below, explain what the following concepts are: What are three different ways to measure body fat? Explain how to conduct a skinfold test on a male and female. And explain why it is important to measure body fat.

Rule #2: Given Information/Data

• Read and watch the following: Three Field Methods For Assessing Body Composition, Taking Body Fat Measurements, How To Use Calipers To Determine Body Fat %, 7 Site Skin-fold Measurements

Rule #3: Create a Plectica Map

• Open Plectica.
• Use Thinkquiry and the Pyramid Principle to help you structure your ideas.
• Use the Summer 2019 Tests and Measurements example map and create your Plectica Map.

Rule #4: Create a Blog Post in this Learning Community

• Click +New at the top of the screen.
• Label the post (Lastname_Week1_PlecticaMap_1) or something to that extent.
• Using the Situation-Complication-Question (SCQ) framework (refer to the Pyramid Principle document), frame your blog post.
• Reply to at least 2 other student blog post in this Learning Community.
