  1. Awesome job on the blog, Scott. This personally interested me because I ran cross country and track here at Fort Hays State. I hope to one day be a coach for the sport. With that said, I enjoyed the topic dealing with the question of too much aerobic training hurting one’s strength in training. Seems like you went above and beyond in this blog by experimenting and applying it to your own life.
