Thank you for your post. I agree with you about the Swarm method often making things more complicated. I can see the method working for many businesses, but not so much for others. I also have difficulty with the small print. Many of the people that I work with in the nonprofit environment, would also be visually challenged trying to design and read maps. Old school large easels and whiteboards work well for us.
