Diet: Ornate Box Turtles are mostly carnivorous. They eat insects, worms, dead animals and occasionally fruit, berries and some flowers.
Range: Ornate Box Turtles are found throughout Kansas. The counties colored green on the Kansas map, are counties where ornate box turtles are known to live.

Male ornate box turtles have reddish eyes and spots on their legs. The females have yellow eyes and spots.
