Trail Amenities and Features

Walking along the trail you’ll notice many natural and manmade structures.  In keeping with a natural feel, being resourceful, and making the most out of the natural ecosystem, most structures were constructed from materials harvested from the nature trail area or locally.  Whether planning a short jog, brisk walk, outing with the family or a party with friends and family, don’t forget to check out the nature features and manmade amenities to enhance the experience.

Our trails feature many hand derived structures including the entrance sign carved by chainsaw, benches, a gazebo with picnic tables, a native limestone amphitheater, bridge, hand carved trail signs, and stairs to the creek.  Visit with us at any time to inquire about the history of the structures and how you too can use features like this in your landscape.
