From snakes to tortoises to poison arrow frogs, the Sternberg Museum has an incredible collection of live reptiles and amphibians. Come learn about the rattlesnakes of North America, see our poison arrow frogs eat tiny insects, and
check out Darius and Pebbles, our giant tortoises! Students will have a chance to handle live snakes (non-venomous, of course) with the help of our education staff. We will also venture out into our nature trails to hunt for reptiles and amphibians, and learn all about their biology and ecology!
Fees are $65 per member, and $75 per non-member.
Students must bring their own lunch.
