Organizational Assessment

Using a model for organizational assessment from the Module content, describe your employing unit or organization. Analyze your organization using the model, and then provide information relating your analysis to the leadership model utilized by the organization. Reply to a minimum of 2 peers’ original blog posts. Blog discussion rubric utilized for grading (10 points possible).

*You may choose to research and find an assessment model not discussed in the Module material. All models should be referenced.
