Hi, Nice project! That is awesome that your facility has been so innovative and lead in many medical developments. Hospitals around the country follow those same practices after its discoveries. I agree, a huge percentage of women too often are not aware they are pregnant. For many other diagnostic tests and surgeries, women are pre-screened for pregnancy and why would an MRI be an exception? Your facility should continue with it innovative and leading streak. Good job!

So many interesting topics. Really nice to see that people are choosing applicable problems within their work area. Interesting topic. I am someone who has been getting MRIs every 2 years for over 2 decades and have always been told how save gadolinium is, and now to see it actually does have associated risks. I agree the simplest solution would be to require all women of birthing age to submit to a pregnancy test prior to an MRI. Hospitals already require it for other areas such as surgery, so why not also for MRI.
