    Hi Jair: Nice to meet you and hear that even though you got sidetracked you are back furthering your education. I know it is hard to start over, best of luck.

    What kind of mid-level are you interested in becoming? I also worked as a CNA for a few years before becoming a nurse. I believe this experience in this role helped me become a more effective leader. I worked as a charge nurse in a nursing home for a few years as well and I was able to better understand the CNAs and made delegating tasks much more efficient. It taught me to respect all my coworkers of every level.
