I liked your topic of team building. I agree that communication is always the key for success. Working in a hospital it makes it difficult to work on team building outside of work. Our nurse manager has gone with the other managers and charge nurses for team building. I enjoyed your slides.

I agree that patient outcomes are based on team building. The importance of effective teams is due to the increased co-morbities of the patients and the specialized care required (Babiker & others, 2014).

Two things that mostly resonate with me is that a team needs a good leader . There must be someone that help to facilitate the group. Also good communication skills among team members, this will help to de-escalate any arguments that might arise and help team members to achieve their goals.

Just to mention, the audio did not work but I was able to read through. Good Job!

You have a lot of great information here on effective team building. The slides are very visually appealing. I’m not sure that the audio would have improved the presentation any.

Our group did team building as well for our subject and we had very similar topics. Communication is so incredibly valuable and sometimes underutilized in a team dynamic. Team building is something that I am currently working on improving at my own clinic to create a better dynamic between the front office and back office staff.
