The upcoming research proposal seems to be a daunting task, but very doable. It will require rolling up the sleeves and burning the midnight oil. But, I see it as a useful project given the content of this class so far. Although in-depth research is not my forte, I look forward to extending my knowledge and having a better understanding of my topic.

What is most confusing

Up to this point, I feel I have a good understanding of the goal in mind and how to achieve it. Right now, I am struggling with nailing down a topic. Originally I wanted to look into the longevity of cryptocurrency. I quickly realized that would not work out so well. I have thought about venturing into something in the sports media world, which I can relate to very well. Or I thought about extending upon my article review about the role of morality involving piracy.

What will be most challenging

The most challenging part about this project for me will be organization and using all of the information correctly. Between doing reading for the literature review, understanding the results of different studies, and keeping all of this information organized and easy to access will be challenging. Also, having the patience and discipline to read through a plethora of previous research results as well as combing through data.

What I am looking forward to

I hope to grow a deeper understanding of my topic once it is solidified. I do think this project will benefit and my classmates at some point in their professional careers. Even if it is not directly the same type of work, having this background knowledge on research will prove useful when having to learn about a new topic.
