Methodology
- Get permission from companies to send the survey out to all employees
- Randomly select at least four companies located throughout the U.S.
- Conduct using Survey Monkey
- Likert 5-point Scale
- Gather at least 300 responses back
- Remove incomplete responses
- Analyze completed responses
- Break responses by age groups
- Race, gender, education, work experience
- Compare findings
- Break responses by age groups
