Hypothesis: Student Internet Usage

Hypothesis

  • Currently we are living in a digital age, that we have yet to fully see how it is effecting humans. Screens giving us access to the internet are everywhere in our pockets, homes, jobs, and schools. As students, we are tasked with using these screens for various projects in and outside of school. Not only are we using them in school, we use these screens for entertainment and various other things. My research covers the ground of what experts are calling “Too much screen time” and how it is effecting our lives.

  • Find out what kind of effects come out from both groups and how it could relate.

Discussion

  • What is an average online internet usage
    • Test other group of students (different age)
    • Larger sample size
  • Weakness: All students must be trusted that they are being truthful
  • Strength: A lot of new information on a new topic that is becoming more and more prevalent
  • It is important to study as this is something almost everyone in this nation uses and is becoming a norm.
