Annotated Bibliography:

Th talk about the drone warfare and gender discrimination. According to this research women’s violence is generally constructed as resulting from personal failures. It also argues about where barriers to women’s participation in warfare have because of their physical and or emotional weakness. So, I want to explore more negative impact using this research article.

This article discusses about the policy making of the drone surveillance. It has used the case studies from different states about the practice of surveillance policy making by procurement. I think this will help me to find out the several policies and how it works through federal or local government. Or since local communities have more crime rates, how local policy makers can play valuable role in tailoring the surveillance policy using drones.

Annotated Bibliography:
This article talks about the how it’s using in law enforcement as well as wildlife population monitoring, traffic monitoring, threat detection. An interesting part of this article is they conducted the survey and an experiment over tennis balls. They used drones to collect images of an experimental field with a known number of tennis ball, each ball had a certain probability of being hidden. (by illustrating how geo-referenced data collected with drones in combination recently developed statistical models can improve the ability to estimate the distribution)

Overall search I have done for this week 13, I think this search will improve my research more deeply. I believe that I have reached saturation and looks like I have plenty of data collection to go further on proposal.
