The study sets out to understand the overall effectiveness of employees in remote working situations. The study will compare onsite and offsite work from the same subjects working for companies that are returning to onsite work. The study will conduct two surveys of workers’ perceptions of their own work, the work of their peers, and the work of their supervisors while working remotely and 6 weeks later in the office. Once data has been collected researchers will attempt to draw any conclusions about work performance.
