Older Individuals Feeling Alienated in the Workforce

The Covid-19 pandemic affected everyone, from the youngest to the oldest but in different ways. I have known multiple older individuals who have struggled to complete their work remotely due to being unfamiliar with technology, causing them to be less productive and causing them to call someone for help. I propose that the rapid technology shift and move to remote due to the covid pandemic have left a statistically significant proportion of older individuals feeling alienated in the workforce.
