Older Individuals Feeling Alienated in the Workforce

Hypothesis: The rapid technology shift and move to remote due to the covid pandemic has left most older individuals feeling alienated in the workforce.

Methodology

  • Get permission from companies to send the survey out to all employees
    • Randomly select at least four companies located throughout the U.S.
  • Conduct using Survey Monkey
    • Likert 5-point Scale
    • Gather at least 300 responses back
  • Remove incomplete responses
  • Analyze completed responses
    • Break responses by age groups
      • Race, gender, education, work experience
      • Compare findings
