Global Policy’s on Internet Security and Privacy

Hypothesis-

My Countries that have stricter policies and less privacy can be more secure then policies that promote privacy. However they will also be more Tyrannical. Meaning people should be given an outline to better discuss which policies and privacies should remain unchanged for the betterment of the world.

Introduction

Outlining the different producers and security producers of America, Europe, Africa, and China. I may also include Jamaica and other countries as well they wont be to detailed at the start. Basics on how their countries work with internet Privacy/security. Outlaying options for future policy making.

Literature Review

Global internet privacy/security. How China manages to keep its citizens information secure but also curtailing their freedoms to absurd degrees preventing basic information like  Tiananmen Square Massacre. How countries that are currently developing in Africa may adopt a similar system to China. How Europe and America are adopting policies to better manage the internet but also curtailing freedoms from their citizens and the lines that should or shouldn’t be crossed in the balance of security and privacy. How should people view these policies.

Methodology

Gather policies from all of the countries listed. Then create a questionnaire greatly agree, slightly agree, no opinion, slightly disagree, greatly disagree. That way the measurement can be listed on the emotions of the test taker. The questions should be worded in a way that is honest and gives full context to the consequences of said action. 10,000 people taking the survey would work best.

Discussion

  • Extensions of future policies
    • New laws and current laws Globally
  • Security on a Global scale and policies surrounding them
    • The impact of that security.
  • Privacy and how it balances with security
    • How security can envelope and destroy Privacy and the consequences of that action.
