This article explains the affects that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on people regarding social media usage due to the many lockdowns throughout the country. It talks about the way the human brain is wired, and the health problems that arose out of decreased social interaction in 2020.
This source will be useful to me due to it’s relevant statistics and detailed information throughout the entire article. The goal of this source is to highlight the good and bad things about our increased social media usage.
The information presented in this article matches exactly what I am looking for. The COVID-19 pandemic is a fantastic subtopic for my research, one in which I plan on touching on. COVID only emphasises my arguments over social media usage and mental health.
