They employ people who support others when required, and who approach difficulties advantageously and with a positive attitude.

The year was 1999, and our founder Nick Swinmurn was walking everywhere in a mall in San Francisco searching for a pair of shoes. (Kumar, 2018) One store had the exact style, but not the right tint. One more store had the right colour, but not the right size. Nick spent the next hour in the mall, walking from store to store, and finally went home empty-handed and frustrated. At home, Nick tried looking for his shoes online and was again ineffective. Though there were a lot of stores marketing shoes online, what was motivating to Nick was that there was no chief online retailer that focussed in shoes. So, since it was 1999 and anything seemed possible at the time, Nick decided to leave his day work and start an online shoe retailer… and Zappos.com was born!

Am interested in Zappos Company because I believe that the quickness at which a client gets an online purchase plays a very vital role in shopping online over again in future.   1. In my opinion, corporate culture does not conflict with individual ideology, because corporate culture itself is to regulates employees’ behavior. The employee’s mind is free after work.

  2. I believe that it is very interesting to look at emerging companies within the telecommunications industry. The industry is famously very hard to break into, however that also makes it all the more impressive when a smaller company like Thrive is able to grow so fast and profitably.
