Subject Search and Citations

Subject Search

I started with the subject Informatics in the Forsyth Library Database. Then chose the Computer Science database in Gale OneFile. I searched “cyber security” AND “small business” limiting my search to full text and peer reviewed. The search returned 46 results. I found an article titled “Factors Related to Small Business Cyber-Attacks Protection in the United States.”

After reading the article a bit it proved it could be quite useful. The article provides quantitative data from 335 small business owners. Since my research is about small business and cyber-security it applies to me. The article I chose has 58 cited references.

Citation Trace

Ran into an issue with the citation trace of my subject search. The article I am using was published in 2020. My understanding is that it may be too new to have been cited yet. I used Google Scholar to check my article for  and it returned zero results.
