For my search I used the Computer Source and Computer Science databases on Forsyth Library. They can be found here; https://web-s-ebscohost-com.ezproxy.fhsu.edu/ehost/search/advanced?vid=0&sid=2160d443-0e4b-4f9c-b7fc-c3f321d0bc67%40redis

On these databases, I searched for “cyber security,” “data protection” and “information security.” I felt these terms to be most successful in yielding a result as far as articles I am interested in for my topic. On Computer Source, I found 910 results and on the Computer Science database I found over 12,000 results. Thus, while it is less filtered down I find this omputer Science database to have more of what I am looking for. I am excited to sort through all these and read further, as there is a plethora of information here for free.
I read through one of these academic journals titled “Influencing Factors of Smart Government Information Security: Experience from China.” In this article, Fengke Wang, Juzheng Zhang and Panke Zhang write about how Information Security can be used to help secure government assets and provide for more efficient governing. While this article is just the tip of the iceberg, I know there are many more like it with valuable information to help.
