Annotation:

This study includes information about blockchain on financial institutions using cloud service providers. The focus of this study is to cover knowledge of cloud services using blockchain and the importance of setting a standard governance for all financial institutions to use. The study highlights the works of several skilled authors who have various informatic degrees across the world. The survey focuses on a mixed method experimental survey and implementation process. The study covers several factors in moving financial system to cloud services and the impacts that could come against them by not instilling a standardized governance procedure.
