Originally I had potentially intended to write my paper over virtual reality and how that was being used in everyday life and how it has changed how we live. I have now decided to do my research over Virtual Machines. A virtual machine is a compute resource that uses software instead of having a physical computer/hardware to run programs. Using virtual machines has a lot of potential benefits.

For my primary research question-  how has cloud computing (virtualization) impacted  modern business and data centers and how they work .  For my secondary question- how will cloud computing become the future and how cloud computing (virtualization) has assisted in different fields.

I have a bit of research as I am currently in a class that focuses on learning about Virtual Machines and how we use them in the field of Networking and Data Servers. The background knowledge I have on this topic will help me know what direction to take my research in.

One of the Databases I have decided to use for my research is Www.ScienceDirect.com, using keywords such as “Virtual Machine” and “Informatics I have been able to find a handful of articles that will be beneficial to my final paper. Www.Proquest.com is also a valuable resource that seems to be beneficial to my paper.
