I really appreciated the parts about expanding your expertise and becoming a better leader. Avoiding isolation can be hard when you’re building your confidence and understanding of your research. I think it’s also important to remember that the only way to garner support is to be willing to receive criticism and ideas. But a supportive community will only help lift you up!
