    I can tell you took a lot of knowledge from the readings. I enjoyed learning more about the topics and I feel you pin pointed the main information. You did not drown us with details that were not important in other words.

    In your presentation, you stated the action researcher does not want to inconvenience the customer by having them fill out a survey, yet I feel overwhelmed with how much paperwork we have to fill out at the doctor’s office. I agree that voluntary surveys give the best feedback. Quality action research surveys can benefit day-to-day issues and benefit all. Good job!

  3. Great answers. I feel the same way in that action research can be used to great effect in customer focused scenarios. Personally I never fill out surveys when companies ask, but I have seen a few here and there that go to great lengths to get feedback with incentives such as a drawing for cash prizes or store credit. Overall great job.
