Topic 58 and 59 Presentation

In this presentation I will be covering Descriptive and Inferential Statistics (Topic 58) as well as Scales of Measurements and Statistical Tests (Topic 59).

  1. Great job! Thank you so much for going into detail and explaining everything in depth. It gave me a much better understanding of statistical tests and inferential statistics. Nice work!

  2. You did a very good job at simplifying statistics to a level I can even understand. Definitions are the baseline for learning about a subject and you explained all the definitions in a very comprehendible way. It is very important to be able to understand statistics, especially when it comes to statistics in research. I think it is essential that in the future we aim to create from statistically literate people. It seems today some people need someone to translate research for them instead of being able to gather and interpret their own thoughts on a matter.

  3. Nick, that you for the concise presentation. I found the section where you reviewed categorical and continuous variables especially helpful. For whatever reason I have been having a hard time keeping the 4 types straight in my mind and your examples should help me recall the difference if I see something about them on a test.
