My research proposal outlines a qualitative experiment to see how technology is affecting our lives in the past year. The test used age, gender, and race, as well as college experience. Through a survey and a follow up interview I gained knowledge on how people’s mental health is after using technology for a lot of everyday use. My hypothesis was correct and for these people I interviewed, most were affected in a small area in Kansas by technology in a negative way. It was a challenge for sure, but it did give me a chance to meet with some folks and talk about struggles. Goodluck to everyone moving forward thanks for taking the same class!
