Virtual College and Live Call Center Innovator

I learned about a new innovation years ago called virtual college. I was introduced to this innovation from multiple sources. Email advertisements from the internet and commercials from TV. I also had many conversations with college admissions and friends who had chosen this option before I adapted to this innovation. I wouldn’t consider myself and early adopter because I was a bit skeptical on how courses would be developed and taught virtually. Years went by before I accepted the new method of teaching so I would fall under the late majority stage.
I reached the confirmation stage years ago when I first began taking online virtual courses. I was very impressed and realized that students in the future will account for half the enrollment of colleges and universities in the US by 2025. Although this may be the reality, I still would categorize myself as a late adapter only because of my skepticism regarding the teaching methods required for virtual learning. I can share my insight about online teaching methods because of my own teaching background in CompTIA certifications.
I developed a new teaching innovation a few years while teaching an online A+ computer course so I would fall in the innovator’s category. I discovered that students could learn and apply that learned knowledge within 90 days instead of 8 months if I incorporated a live call center that would allow the students to absorb real time technical real-world experiences. Most schools would adapt to this new method of training if it was cost efficient. I researched 5 countries that had vast educational opportunities and were bilingual. The only option to incorporate a live call center learning method is to outsource to a country on the list I comprised. Medellin Colombia was my first choice.
