Weekly Overview:
Once you’ve finished last week’s potential employer assignment, make sure to post it on blog site and upload the document in Bb before the deadline. Then, Let’s talk about what we shared. Check out the posts from others in your group. Comment on at least two of those posts. Reply to two posts with what you find interesting about a company, suggestions to improve the research or interview questions, or add additional information about a company.
After you finish reading part 5 of our current text, you’ll be ready for this week’s quiz. Quiz 2 covers Parts 4 and 5 of the text. Review information is in the earlier weekly units. There are a total of 30 questions, you will have 45 minutes to finish the quiz. This is an open book, open note quiz. And, you had tips for class quizzes in the Week 3 Unit.
We have new reading for this week, new PowerPoints, and a couple of helpful videos for the textbook and for current and upcoming assignments.
You should also use this week to get a little ahead. Next week, you’ll have to review an academic article. I suggest finding that article this week and downloading the pdf. Claire Nickerson provided previous students with great tips on finding academic research and reviewing the article you find.
