    Great leaders can take average employees and make them above average. Since your structural design is top down I think the transparent aspect will keep top administrators accountable. A high quality board of directors or shareholders would also help. I know in my past work experiences when leadership has been transparent it leaves less to question.

    1. Yes, I believe that transparent leadership is the key here. Holding people at the top accountable will make an organization run like a well oiled machine.

  3. Hi Marc, I think you have a good idea with the leadership. In my experience, leadership can make and break the improvement of a healthcare system and frankly the quality of the care provided. I liked your idea of an audit, I think that it is a wise idea to look deep within the system.
