I have completed the feedback survey and the need for cognitive closure questions. i will attach the excel sheet for the NFCC to this post.
I have also completed my 16 personalities test and will attach a screenshot of it to this post.
My initial thoughts on this course is that it is completely weird, i really expected something else entirely.
I am expecting to learn something about healthcare in this course since i am completing an MBA in healthcare but it doesn’t seem like this will happen.
I signed up for the promo FHSU Plectica account and will post my first plectica soon.
I joined the SL facebook group eventhough i hate facebook and it’s been like 8 years i did not log on to it.I purchased an online copy of the SL Textbook.

Great job (I also viewed your Plectica map)! Please e-mail me your NFCC survey. I can’t seem to find it. With your knowledge and expertise, you will provide outstanding feedback for this course.
Trust me. You will still learn about healthcare in this course (just in a different way). Please feel free to post your map on Facebook. Look forward to seeing your next map!
I thought the same thing about this course but I have a hunch this is going to be a great class and will be a good way to learn healthcare management. Healthcare management is highly varied and I think this class will give us a framework and not a cookie cutter approach. At least that is what I’m thinking with how it seems to be structured so far.
On a side note I work in healthcare as well, physio/physical therapy, in a hospital. In the UAE how has COVID-19 impacted where and how you practice? Thanks and hope you have a great semester.
Hello damacleaod!
Your are probably right, it’s fun to learn using a new technique. The UAE has fared well during the COVID 19 pandemic, they instituted a lot of precautionary measures early on and avoided a high death toll. The hospital i work at is a private hospital and we were at one point having all the beds occupied with COVID patients, my hospital even rented two hotels to admit COVID patients. Now it is COVID free and business is back again as usual.
I am happy to know that you work as a physical therapist, as an orthopod, we deal with Physio people all the time and it such an essential component of what we do since proper PT would yield the best results especially after sports medicine and hand surgeries.
Good to hear business is back to normal.
Hi all! I also work in healthcare. COVID has affected my job pretty drastically. I am a data analyst for a hospital and we are now remotely working until further notice to allow others to use our offices and allow for social distancing. I am hoping all goes back to normal soon. I like seeing all the KTs, they are all so interesting. This class should definitely be an interesting one!
