Why did I choose Red Team? What interests me?: Red Team was one of the more unusual options I read about when going through the EM3 presentation. It has a presence in the military which is unique! It also seemed like it could take a different approach to administration by teaching people to understand multiple perspectives and beliefs.
Blog or Essay?: I plan on writing a blog. I would appreciate the extra points, but I also have always wanted to try writing a blog, and with your website suggestions, I think I will be successful!
What did I think of Rationaleonline.com?: I think that Rationaleonline.com could very much be a useful tool in the future, but I could not make a very complex outline without paying for the full subscription. Therefore, I created my outline on Plectica with a similar format! If Rationaleonline.com were free, it could be an extremely beneficial tool.

In addition to helping people hear and examine other perspectives, I also think that Red Team helps bring more people to the table. This will then give more people buy-in when the finished product is turned out.
