Mr. Michael Miller, Retired FBI Agent
Mr. Michael R. Miller, Special Agent with the FBI, retired at the end of May 2019 after 21 years of service. An accomplished criminal investigator, Michael served in Chicago and Kansas City, with temporary duty assignments in New York, Quantico, VA, and Washington, D.C. As an investigator, Michael initially worked Healthcare Fraud, but was reassigned to work counterterrorism following the attacks on September 11, 2001. Energetic and highly motivated, Michael served on the Evidence Response Team (ERT) for 18 years. Michael received many awards for his work and leadership on ERT which involved searching for missing victims, processing death scenes, execution of search warrants in high profile and complex cases, and testimony during subsequent trials. In retirement, Michael has a strong desire to use a lifetime of experience and service to others to share his story of personal growth and resilience.
