About Me
My name is Jessica Carlisle. In December of 2013 I obtained my BSN from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. My first year in nursing was spent in Coronary Intensive Care at Via Christi Medical Center. From there I went to High Risk Labor and Delivery at Wesley Medical Center where an average of 650 babies are born mothly. In November of 2013 my family made the move to Lakin, KS. Since, I have been working for Centura Health St. Catherine and Bob Wilson Memorial. In order to improve my assessment skills across the lifespan I chose to make a move to the Emergency Room in January 2016. I was named Assistant Nurse Manager of the Emergency Room May 2018 and am very honored to have obtained this leadership role. Most recently I have accepted a position within DNP cohort 2022 with Fort Hays State University. My future goal is to become a FNP within my community here in rural Kansas!
