What motivated you to research this topic?
Corrections is an always evolving aspect of the criminal justice system. I chose this topic because it could be a useful source for Kansas citizens that are incarcerated with a drug or substance abuse offense.

What advice would you give to other undergraduate students interested in getting involved in research?
I love that you care for the inmates. It makes me question why correctional facilities don’t look into this more on their own. I hope you can show them their errors and help keep the inmates safe.
